One thing to remember here is only fasting or having only a juice or liquid diet, like lime juice or fruit juice is not going to help you. You might get instantaneous results of weight loss, but the complications it would lead to, will be detrimental to your health in the long run. You could end up adding more weight than what you originally were after stopping the diet. A simple and uncomplicated way to do this is with having a right combination of diet and exercise. This method if followed properly will help you to lose about 10 to 12 pounds in a week, in a simple, healthy and harmless way.</p>
<p> Drink a minimum of seven glasses of water every day. On day one for all the regular meals eat only fruits with the only exception of banana. Fruits like apple, orange, guava, grapes, peaches and so on can be eaten without any restriction on quantity. Strictly do not drink packaged fruit juices, due to the preservative content in them. Day two eat only vegetables, either raw or boiled, but do not use oil in cooking it. Different types, like green leafy vegetables, radish, carrot, potato, beans, cucumber, snake gourd, ladies finger, and others. Dish up a good salad to make it more interesting and tasty. Day three eat a combination of fruits and vegetables. One exception is that a single banana can be eaten in the day. Preferably have it during breakfast.</p>
<p> Day four is eating a combination of bananas, milk and vegetables. A quantity of six bananas, three glasses of milk and small serving of vegetables need to be had distributed over the full day. The right method is to have two bananas, one glass of milk with every breakfast, lunch and dinner. The vegetables should be had in addition for dinner. Day five have a single cup of rice with six tomatoes. On the penultimate day, have a cup of rice and vegetables. For the final day have a cup of rice with fruits and vegetables.</p>
<p> A strict regimen of exercising twice daily should be followed. In the mornings do simple cardio exercises for one hour. This exercise should be a combination of slow jogging and brisk walking. In the evening practice Yoga for one-hour everyday. The asanas should be simple and not the complex twisting poses or those, which require props. The poses like Tadasana, Vakrasana, Trikonasana, Virbhadrasana, Chandrasana, Parsvottanasana, Uttasana, Dandasana, Virasana, Sukhasana, Gomukhasana, Paschimottasana, Matyasana, Halasana, Urdhva Mukhasana, Padmasana, Shavasana can be done.</p>
<p> Measure yourself on a weighing scale at the end of seven days. You will positively find that ten to twelve pounds have reduced from your weight. How was this possible? This was because of the wonderful combination of diet and exercise. The diet basically is low carbohydrate diet with fat being burned more than it being stored or accumulated. Also not having oil and sugar helped in fat not being stored in the body. The weight loss is quicker but totally harmless. Practice this lose weight in a week regimen at least once in four months and see the difference it gives to your well being and confidence. So what are you waiting for?
